My models are not painted can I still play on your tables?

Yes as long as your opponent is ok with it we are.

Can I use proxy models?

As long as your opponents fine with them yes you can.

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us with your name and order number and we'll sort that for you.

What's Leodis Loot and what's it for?

Everytime you place an order through the store you will earn Leodis Loot points. You can then spend these to take money off future orders. 

If you click on the blue rewards button on the bottom right hand side of the screen it will show you how many points you have and give you the option to spend them.
